Every company that helps us deliver PrintClose™ and may handle your customers' information, what each one does, and what it receives. We keep this page current and give 30 days' notice before anything on it changes.
A subprocessor is a company we use to help deliver PrintClose™ that may handle your customers' information in the process. This page names every one of them, what they do, and what they receive.
It is referenced by our Data Processing Addendum and our Privacy Policy, and it is the version of record. We keep it current, and we give 30 days' notice before adding or replacing anyone on it.
Because you are the one who answers to your customers about where their information goes. You should not have to email us to find out. Larger clients and anyone doing due diligence will ask for this list, and pointing at a live page is a better answer than a PDF from last year.

Mobile carriers and their aggregators receive the phone number and content of every text you send, because a message cannot be delivered otherwise. The same is true of a postal service and an envelope.
Carriers act as independent parties rather than as our subprocessors. We cannot impose processing terms on them and we do not control their retention practices. They are listed here for transparency, not because we direct them.
Carriers also apply their own filtering and may block or delay messages at their discretion, which is why the Acceptable Use Policy matters as much as it does.
A short version of the table above, for people who want the principle rather than the grid.
We give at least 30 days' notice before adding a new subprocessor or replacing an existing one. Notice goes to the email address on your account and this page is updated at the same time.
To receive notices at a different address, such as a legal or compliance inbox, email support@printclose.com and we will add it.
If you reasonably object to a new subprocessor on data protection grounds, tell us within 30 days of the notice. We will work with you to find a reasonable alternative, such as a different provider or a configuration that avoids the issue.
If no reasonable alternative exists, you may terminate the affected part of the Service and we will refund any prepaid, unused fees for it. You will not be charged a penalty for objecting.
